Calebs

Caleb was someone who devoted himself wholeheartedly to God’s Purpose. The Caleb Connection is a Ministry that started within CBSI in 1994, to draw people experienced in the work of CBSI to particular regions or countries to support existing work or start new work.

We are privileged to have three such teams working with us in Scotland and Wales. There are also two teams working in Northern and Southern Ireland.

Please pray for these people as they give up their time and energy to serve God away from home.

Scotland – John Heenan

Pete and Helen-Jane Peters have now retired, having worked in Scotland since 2004 when there were no CBSI groups there.

John Heenan is now the Regional Director for Scotland and can be contacted by emailing  john.heenan@cbsiuk.org

Kitty Ehret, who works part of the year as a Caleb in Romania also lives part of the year in Scotland and is now responsible for Ayrshire. Kitty travels extensively with her husband Bob. email Kitty at  kittyehret@yahoo.com

Wales – Janet Morgan Phillips

There are now several established groups in wales with more to come.

Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland -Sam and Patti Allgood

Sam and Patti were trained for ministry by The Navigators during a 20-year military career and have served in various church leadership roles over the last 15 years. They have served for a number of years as core group leaders and Sam is currently Associate Teaching Director of his class. Patti felt called to join Cathy Rutman in Ireland in 2005.
